Before production begins
You may request cancellation before the edition enters production by emailing jonathan@trigonalgallery.com. Include the email used at checkout and your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
After production begins
Because each release is produced as a limited numbered edition, all sales are final once the production threshold has been reached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size after production begins.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from the item ordered. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
After review, Trigonal Gallery will provide a replacement when one is available or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charge. Please do not mail an item back until return instructions are provided.
Unsuccessful drop
If Drop 001 does not reach all 50 orders during its 60-day sales window, every order is automatically refunded in full. No return or customer request is required.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear is determined by the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
