Trigonal Gallery is an independent online gallery based in Jersey City, New Jersey. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.
Drop 001
The Failures / 111 is offered as a numbered edition of 50 artist shirts at $50 each, plus $6.95 U.S. shipping. Available sizes are shown on the product page. Orders are limited by remaining edition inventory and are not accepted until payment is confirmed.
Threshold production
Drop 001 enters production only after all 50 works are claimed. The sales window lasts up to 60 days. If the threshold is reached, orders are expected to ship within 45 days after sellout. If it is not reached, every order is refunded in full.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Trigonal may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing, inventory, payment, fraud, or technical error. Customers are responsible for accurate order and delivery information.
Returns and fulfillment
The Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these terms. All sales are final once production begins, except for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect items and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Artwork and intellectual property
The site, artwork, photographs, text, Trigonal identity, and Johno work are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A purchase transfers ownership of the physical item only and does not transfer reproduction, commercial-use, or other intellectual-property rights.
Independence statement
Trigonal Gallery and Drop 001 are independent. No affiliation with, authorization by, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any television network, studio, publisher, author, performer, record label, or other entertainment rights holder is claimed.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trigonal Gallery is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
