Where we ship
Trigonal Gallery currently ships physical orders within the United States only. We do not currently accept international orders.
Shipping charge
Drop 001 has a flat U.S. shipping charge of $6.95 per order. The product price and shipping charge are shown before payment is completed.
Production schedule
Drop 001 is a threshold release. Production begins after all 50 numbered works are claimed.
The sales window lasts up to 60 days. Once the edition sells out and production begins, orders are expected to ship within 45 days. If timing changes materially, we will notify customers using the email submitted at checkout.
If the threshold is not reached
If all 50 works are not claimed within the 60-day sales window, the drop will not enter production and every order will be refunded in full to its original payment method. Customers do not need to request this refund.
Delivery and tracking
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the order email. Carrier delays after shipment are outside Trigonal Gallery’s direct control, but we will assist with a documented delivery problem.
